Can I choose any other colours or styles? Yes we can obtain bags and boxes in a wide range of colours and styles. Please contact us with your requirements, we will let you know whether there may be any additional charge.
I want something different. Can you help? Yes we have access to a wide range range of childrens toys and craft items. Whatever your budget, we can access a range of bright, fun and appropriate toys and activities.
Can you make personalised labels? Yes we can make labels, please ask for details.
Are there bags for boys and girls? Unless otherwise stated Busy Bags and Boxes are designed to appeal to boys and girls. We choose items that are creative and inspire the child's imagination. We can make bags that iare specific for boys or girls, please contact us with your requirements.
Will I get exactly what is in the picture? We try to list the current contents of the bag, but toy lines change frequently and on occasions we will replace an item with another of similar type, value and quality.
How long does delivery take? If at all possible please try to place your order at least four weeks before your wedding. Delivery will be normally be within 10 working days, if there are unforseen stock delays we will contact you to make appropriate arrangements. If you need them in a shorter time this is no problem, but please contact us to confirm that we can get the bags to you for your wedding date, or delivery deadline. If special delivery is required there may be an additional cost.
How much does delivery cost? Delivery for orders under £10 is £2.50. Orders £10 or over delivery is a flat rate of £5. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. If you require Special Delivery, there is an additional cost calculated by the site.
Can you ship overseas? Yes we can, the site will calculate the rate for international delivery.
What if I don't like the bags when I receive them? We are confident that you will love the bags and boxes. But if for some reason then are not what you were looking for we have a returns policy. If you return the bags in a unused and undamaged state we will refund the original order value. We cannot cover the return postage.
What if the bags are damaged during delivery? We do our best to ensure that the bags will arrive in good order. Each bag is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in cardboard mailing boxes. If the bags are damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement.
My wedding is this weekend, can you help? We cannot make any guarantees, but we will do our best. It is usually possible to fulfill an order and get it to you in a few days. However sometimes, particularly August can be difficult to get bags out before two weeks. Please phone or e-mail and we will let you know what we can do to help.
Do you make products for other events? Our boxes and bags are suitable for a wide range of special events.
